With so much talent on the “Mezz Music Monday” playlist this week, Cristina Hron earned our Artist Spotlight for this week. Christina is a talented pop artist and songwriter born in Caracas, Venezuela. In a past interview with “Shoutout HTX”, Cristina spoke on why she decided to pursue a career in music. “I dedicated my whole life to singing regardless of the people around me. I had grown up in an atmosphere that encouraged me to sing and be creative so it phased no one when we realized this is what I was going to do.”
When Cristina was just 18 years old, she became the lead singer of the band “The banned” and released her first single “Closer” in 2020. By 2021, she dropped her self titled banger “Cloud 9” which is the featured song on our playlist this week. Cristina believes the only person that can reach your goals is you. In her words, “You can tell yourself all you want that you have dreams, but it’s up to you to make them happen.” With such a bright future in the music industry, Cristina Hron is looking to make a name for herself.
